ARUNDEL

Blakers were commissioned in mid-2010 to install a multi-room AV system and home cinema at a prestigious high end conversion near Arundel, which was completed early 2011. The two existing buildings were 300 year old Sussex cottages that were being extended into one, with the rear of the property being excavated and extended to include a home cinema and family room. We worked extensively with the electricians, Gray Scott Ltd, and builders, Nutbourne Construction, to ensure all cabling was laid at First Fix. We then returned towards the end of 2010 to complete Second Fix and Final Fit. The cinema features a superb JVC X7 projector hidden in the ceiling on a motorized drop mechanism, with the screen dropping down in front of a recessed plasma screen. A Sonos digital music system was installed along with a comprehensive data and TV distribution system, to ensure wireless coverage throughout. A great project for lovely clients.
